Content warning: This story discusses sexual assault and rape.
According to court documents filed on Sept. 20 and obtained by E! News, the 35-year-old is being sued by two people, identified only as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2, who allege they were raped by Jackson in separate incidents after going on dates with him. Both women say in the complaint that they “suffered injury, damage, loss, and harm to her/their body and mind,” as well as “personal invasion and humiliation.”
Last year, prosecutors reviewed the accusations but declined to prosecute Jackson due to “insufficiency of the evidence,” according to a letter of declination from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
In a statement to E! News, Jackson’s attorney, Walter Mosely, called the allegations “completely unfounded,” adding, in part, “In the days to come, we will release the evidence we shared with the police at the time of the alleged incidents. Unfortunately, DeMario and I will have to take up this fight again to clear his name. Like before, we will have same name-clearing result.”
Per the new lawsuit, Doe 1 first met Jackson through a dating app and went on several dates with him before he allegedly crashed her night out with friends on Feb. 16, 2018. At the time, Jackson “appeared intoxicated” and “began making a scene” in front Doe 1’s friends, according to the complaint.
Kylie Jenner Unpacks Drama Around Choosing & Changing Her Son’s Name
And while Kylie acknowledges that the confusion behind her son’s name is now “a part of his story,” she said in a separate confessional the newborn’s name “hasn’t been changed legally yet” because “Travis actually still changes his name a few times.”
“He’ll come back and be like, ‘I really like this name.’ And then for the day he’ll call him that,” she continued. “And I’m like, ‘We can’t do this again.'”
Instead of trying out different names for their son each day, Kylie joked that she’s “waiting for him to just name himself” before updating his birth certificate.
As for Khloe’s own newborn son? Like Kylie, the Good American founder has yet to disclose her baby boy’s name, but she did hint on the season two premiere of The Kardashians that it’ll be similar to 4-year-old daughter True Thompson‘s moniker.
“It is going to start with a T,” she said. “I mean, that’s really the only names I’ve been looking at.”

MacKenzie Scott and Dan Jewett are parting ways.
MacKenzie, who was previously married to Jeff Bezos before tying the knot with Dan in 2021, filed for divorce from Dan on Sept. 26, per court documents obtained by E! News on Sept. 28. According to the documents, the pair share a written separation contract which MacKenzie is asking the court to uphold in their split. The separation contract will be used to divide their possessions, property, assets and debts.
As for Dan, the court documents show that he signed on Sept. 19 to agree with MacKenzie’s petition. Dan’s lawyer had no comment when contacted by E! News.
MacKenzie was named the fourth richest woman in the world by Forbes in April, with her net worth reported at $43.6 billion at the time.
She reportedly met Dan through a Seattle school that her four children attended, where he worked as a science teacher, according to The Washington Post. They tied the knot in 2021.

Tan-Luxe The Body Duo Illuminating Self-Tan Drops Reviews
A shopper said, “This product is easy to use, and just a drop or 2 gives enough gradual color. Use with cream or lotion and blend well before applying the product. Wear it every other day until the desired results are achieved.”
Another reviewed, “Easy to use. Just put a few drops in with your body cream. It develops into a nice color.”
A fan of the product declared, “Most Awesome Self-Tanner. I am a red-head with freckles. I tan when out in the sun but I do not like to be out without sunscreen. I have used many self-tanners over the years. None compare to the gorgeous color from Tan-Luxe! I started with Light/medium but now use Medium/Dark. I like that I control the amount of color by the number of drops. I get just what I am looking for each time. My skin feels great because I use my lotion to mix it. I get so many compliments on my skin since I been using it. Love Tan-Luxe!”
An HSN customer said, “This is the first self-tanner drops I purchased and I am glad I started with the light-medium. I got a chance to give it a try and increase the drops I used in my moisturized without worry of how it would look on me. I LOVE the tan color. It is the most natural color I have ever found.”
Someone else wrote, “This is the best tanning method so easy, and goes on with no streaking I love that I can control how much of a golden tan I want. It is awesome. So glad I decided to give it a try. Use it with my favorite body lotion and like magic I have a Sunkissed body!!!”
“I’ve tried many self tanners and most tan my skin and make age spots even darker and more noticeable. This product is one of the few that gives me even color. I don’t know how it works, but now I’m tan but not spotted. Love it,” a shopper reviewed.
